Choose Independence (CI) has enabled its clients to bring real change, improved efficiency and a better quality of life for all individuals that they have a duty of care for. CI offers independent technical advice, policy support, training and staff development, assessments, recruitment guidance and interim programme management.

Established NHS City and Hackney’s Telecare programme. Delivered all project management, training, champion development and tool development. The programme increased by 800 users whilst CI was running it.
Undertook Telecare assessment of service users and patients.
Delivered Telecare training to over 250 staff. |

The resources were created over a tight deadline with significant engagement across 10 London Boroughs.
